Sometimes working on changing the way we perceive a certain word can create new neural pathways in the brain – therefore accessing less of the negative emotions we used to attach to that specific word.
I suffer from Bipolar Disorder, Type 1, and am no stranger to depression. I’d like to share with you a neat tool that has helped me and my family to easy the times of “mild depression” that we experience through being Bipolar. This tool can help anyone who is dealing with depression, not just those with Bipolar Disorder. I hope you find this useful and please let me know what you think in the comments below. If you have any tools that you like, please share them with me! I’d love to hear them!
