I’M BACK WARRIORS! Over the past 2 months, we’ve been in the process of moving to a new city. It’s the first time we’ve moved in nearly a decade. Also had a very close friend (part of my support system) pass away under tragic circumstances. It’s been a very intense time in my life, as moving and losing a loved one are some of the most stressful things we can go through. I’ve been focused on self-preservation and using many of the techniques I talk about on this channel. They really do work 😉
