I’m always trying to switch things up a bit on my channel to keep my content fresh and interesting… We all know there’s plenty of NEGATIVE things to talk about when it comes to Bipolar Disorder, but that doesn’t mean it’s all bad – all the time. It’s not very common to hear the words “positive” and “Bipolar Disorder” in the same sentence and it’s easy to look past some of the things we might have gained from something that takes so much.
In this video, I’m going to talk about 10 things that “aren’t all that bad” about Bipolar Disorder. These things are often overlooked because of how overshadowing the harder parts of the illness can be. Try to keep an open mind when watching this video. I’d love to hear what you think and feel free to add your own “not bad” aspect of Bipolar in the comments below. As always, thanks so much for supporting what I do by interacting with my videos =)
***WARNING: If you are feeling depressed or agitated, I suggest watching this video at a later time so you can benefit the most from it.
