I’m Here for You: I’m here to offer one-on-one CONFIDENTIAL support to anyone impacted by a Bipolar Disorder diagnosis. This includes family, spouses, and their medical professionals or advocates. I live with Bipolar Disorder myself and have dedicated my life to helping others not struggle as much as I have. You are not alone and very welcome here.

Phone AND Video Support?: I offer both! For example, if you would like your family to be involved in the conversation, we can arrange a video chat with everyone. Video chats add that “in-person” feel which makes the conversation more intimate. If you are more comfortable talking on the phone, then let’s do that.

Gift Certificates: Buying for someone else? If you would like to purchase some coaching sessions for a family member or loved one, we can easily arrange that. It’s a great way to help support those you love.

Live Outside The US? International Polar Warriors can use phone apps like Skype, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, or Line to connect with me – without the expense of international phone calls. Nearly half of my clients come from abroad. Translation services are available at an additional cost.
